Accommodation and Welfare

NHTC has 6 halls of residence with capacity of about 276 students. Priority is usually first-year students, especially from remote areas. Residence features include furnished rooms and free Wi-Fi. Students pay 30 percent of annual accommodation fees upfront before occupancy. Meals are currently provided by external suppliers.

Support and Health Services

Student Affairs provides confidential counselling and welfare support. Academic support includes tutoring, library, and computer lab access. On-campus Wellness Centre and Dental Clinic operate Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, with primary care, HIV services, family planning, and oral health services.

Leadership, Sports, and Campus Experience

Student governance includes SRC, class representatives, and residence floor representatives. Sports include soccer, volleyball, netball, chess, and boxing. Clinical training placements are assigned across primary, secondary, and tertiary health facilities in Lesotho. Nearby hospitals include Queen Mamohato Memorial Hospital, Senkatana Hospital, Mohlomi Mental Hospital, and Makoanyane Military Hospital.
